Common questions

Turn directions stop when my phone is locked. Allow location access "Always" and turn on Precise Location for Dockwise in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

It says my station is full. Dockwise checks counts while you ride. If the station fills up, it switches you to the nearest station with open docks and reroutes. You can also pick another station yourself.

It still shows directions after I docked. Tap Docked, or start walking away. Dockwise then switches to walking directions.

My rides aren't in Apple Health. Turn on Save rides to Health in Dockwise's Settings and allow it in the Health app. Only the bike part of a trip is saved, as a cycling workout.

Routing isn't working. Dockwise needs a data connection to plan and reroute. If you're online and it still fails, the routing service may be briefly busy; try again in a minute.
